• Free ground shipping for orders with subtotal over $45.00. 
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed during off-hours (such as weekends and major holidays) will be shipped the following business day.
  • Back-ordered products will be shipped once stock becomes available.
  • Orders with multiple products may be shipped separately if the product is not immediately available.


After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Our warehouse team will then begin the process of packaging and shipping your order, this process can take between 24 to 72 hours. Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, a follow-up email will be sent that will include your tracking information.


Orders shipped from our Canada warehouse will be shipped via Purolator unless we are notified during the checkout process.


We do not accept orders shipping outside of Canada at the moment.


Online purchases made through are valid for refund within 15 days from the shipping date.

How to Return:

All returns require an RMA to be returned. We are not responsible for returns that are shipped to us without an RMA #. Items must be returned in re-sellable condition  based on the company’s discretion. (ie. Packaging and product undamaged or scuffed packaging)

All returned items must be accompanied with the original receipt, order number, email confirmation and RMA Number.  Customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs.

To receive an RMA # please email within 15 days of purchase with your order # and RMA request in the subject line. A representative will connect with you within 1 business day.

Due to hygiene reasons, unless the product is sealed, all forms of BLUETOOTH HEADSETS and EARBUDS, may not be returned or exchange.

All sales are final on screen or lens protectors that have been used.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items Shipped:

Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please send a direct email to the following email address within 15 business days from the shipped date. Email with your order # in the subject line and a representative will connect with you within 1 business day.

To ensure proper processing, please indicate on your invoice copy, the appropriate Return Reason (defective, wrong items, etc.).

If returning by mail:  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please be sure to include the products you desire to be exchanged/returned, copy of the invoice including order number and contact information. Once our warehouse receives your shipment, you will be provided with a confirmation email on the return status. We suggest you ship with a tracking number. 

If deemed defective, we will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is not available, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase.

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Refunds will be issued to the original card that was used.
